Alcoholic beverages are also high in calories, especially when consumed in excess.
Simply lower your caloric intake to about 1600 or 1700 calories. Look at food labels. That cupcake has more calories than you think. So does that egg and that piece of bread. The foods that are the most nutritious for your body are low in calories anyway, including green vegetables, fruits, and meats. Be sure to eat when you are hungry, not when you are bored.
